Highway Mails
TERMS:

By registering for Highway Mails you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Highway Mails, you may only register for one Highway Mails account.

You may not promote Highway Mails in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Highway Mails in a way that could be considered spamming will result in the permanent removal of your Highway Mails account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Highway Mails. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Highway Mails is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

SUBJECT LINES AND URL RULES:

Before submitting a URL to Highway Mails, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Highway Mails account may also be deleted.

*NO MISLEADING SUBJECT LINES. (IE: Notification of Payment Received, You Made a Sale Etc.)

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*Highway Mails has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

REFUNDS:

*We do not offer refunds of any type.


E-MAILS:

By joining Highway Mails YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE UP TO 24 E-MAILS EVERY 24HRS from admin@highwaymails.com. Please add this e-mail address to your address book and mark all e-mails from admin@highwaymails.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get other members' Solo Ads as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again, these e-mails may be for updates, account issues, Highway Mails promotions including but not limited to Solo Ads from Highway Mails members or anything that Highway Mails needs to relay to all members. You also agree to receive up to 2 e-mails every 7 days from your sponsor from the referral mailer. Your sponsor will not know your e-mail address.

Highway Mails will send 24 solo ads at most per day and occasionally 1 admin e-mail. Most will be Solo Ads, you will be rewarded with points when you read them
